Shift InchargeProperty and Asset ManagementWhat this job involvesHe will be ensuring that all technical services are maintained operational during your shift duty. Taking charge of entire technical assets in building, managing engineering team and supporting the Property Manager / Assistant Property Manager your team leader for coordinating for technical issues with client and occupants. His key deliverables will be to:M&E executivePlaying a huge role in operationsYou\xe2\x80\x99ll work hand in hand with site managers to deliver only the best propertymanagement services. Having superb organisational skills will be vital to this role because you\xe2\x80\x99ll make road maps on how to smooth out the daily operations of thedesignated sites. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also help the manager in ensuring project success by preparingthe environment, making it safe and efficient to operate in a multitier MCST commercialbuilding.On top of these, you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to keep tabs on operating system licenses and make surethat they are updated. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also carry out routine checks on all common M&E services toguarantee that operations timing match the approved schedule and operations conditionsare acceptable. Also part of your responsibilities is to stay on top of deadlines in verifyingand settling term contract fees and ad hoc invoices.Clearing the decksIn this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll need a strong presence of mind to put a lot of things in order. You\xe2\x80\x99llstay on top of maintenance activities and requirements with contractors or vendors tocomplete all repairs and maintenance based on timelines and standards. Do our OMSprocedures and checklists follow rules and regulations? Are you keeping the maintenancestock inventory in check and replenished? Besides these, you will also audit and inspectsites and systems for any defects, come up with solutions and get hold of quotations.While you go through these, you will also hand over completed units to SPs.Sound like you?   • You should have worked in a commercial property management role for at least three to five years in the past. Have you received exposure to any commercial operation management software before? Do you consider yourself a pro with Microsoft Office?
