We are looking for a Shift InCharge - Cold Storage Department for our Naga Hanuman Fish Packers.

Job Location: Anandapuram, Palavalasa, Visakhapatnam

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise daily operations and team activities during the assigned shift. Ensure proper handling, storage, and temperature control of perishable goods. Monitor and maintain stock levels, conduct periodic checks, and report discrepancies. Coordinate loading/unloading activities with dispatch/logistics teams. Ensure adherence to safety standards, hygiene protocols, and equipment maintenance. Maintain records related to shift operations, material movement, and staff attendance. Handle shift handovers effectively, updating the next shift on pending tasks/issues. Train and guide workers to improve efficiency and reduce wastage. Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues promptly. Ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date for audit and compliance purposes.
Education & Experience

Educational background Graduation or relevant field is an advantage. Minimum 2-6 years of experience in cold storage or warehouse operations. Prior experience in a supervisory or shift in-charge role is preferred.
