v To carry out all works/assignments as instructed by the PM.
v To maintain high standards of discharge in all levels to achieve high productivity by motivating and maintaining effective communication with all personnel responsible to you.
v Liaise with the QC Staff to make sure the tests are carried out as required and trouble shoot if necessary.
v To maintain yield/outputs and the required targets in the Kiln and boiler entrusted with and to be quality conscious at all times.
v To maintain the prescribed parameters for the activation as stipulated by the PM.
v To maintain Daily Production Charts and Books/Store Keeping of material and their proper issues.
v To maintain a safe & high standard of House Keeping in your work area in the factory and its premises.
v You should at all times abide by the Policies of the company and make sure utmost secret is maintained on technology maintained
v To abide by the Policies of the company at all times and make sure utmost secrecy is maintained relating to all business activities of this company.
v To take necessary initiatives/steps to ensure the quality objectives are achieved on time, whenever identified for your activities.
v To deliver all your responsibilities as above and other responsibilities mentioned in the Procedure Reference Manuals/Standard Operating Procedures/ work instructions/guidelines and any other systems developed by the company in the future as well.
v To receive Raw Materials and effective processing in Planning, Granulation/Activation/Finished Product Screening and Packing/Dispatches/ Quality Control/ Store Keeping/ Preventive Maintenance/Steam Generation and Power/General Administration/Welfare and House Keeping.
v To efficiently and skillfully handle situations in co-ordination with the other departments in matter relating to discrepancies, conflicts and doubtful conditions in the processes, products and employee related issues.
v To take an efficient and effective decisions during emergencies in their shift, in the absence of FM or GM.
v Authorized to take necessary initiatives/steps to deliver these responsibilities to the benefits of the company through PM.
v To create a training plan for the month and year.
v To identify, monitor and train all subordinates for all the requirements of the department.
v You will report to the PM.

v Oversee organizational policies and procedures.
v Ensure health and Safety committee meetings are held and tasks assigned
