Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced S•hift Incharge to oversee mechanical maintenance operations in our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling and maintaining a variety of heavy machinery including _•Plano Miller, Lathe Machine, Crane, Sand Plant, Knock Out Machine, and No-Bake Continuous Mixing Machine. _The role requires someone who can effectively manage a team, ensure adherence to maintenance schedules, and troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical maintenance activities during the assigned shift.
• Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of Plano Miller, Lathe Machine, Crane, Sand Plant, Knock Out Machine, and No-Bake Continuous Mixing Machine.
• Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks based on urgency and production needs.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory.
• Train and mentor junior technicians to enhance team skills and performance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in maintaining Plano Miller, Lathe Machine, Crane, Sand Plant, Knock Out Machine, and No-Bake Continuous Mixing Machine.
• B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering .
• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills in mechanical systems.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience in supervising maintenance teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.

Knowledge of safety standards and procedures related to mechanical equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
