Job Description

Shift In-Charge (Roll Workshop) - Rolling Mill will report directly to the In Charge - Roll Workshop and work in shifts taking care of entire production, quality, safety, morale, materials etc., which has scope limited to the area and equipment related to Roll Work Shop in Rolling Mill.

Handles shift resources, maps them as per shift production targets and ensures output is delivered meeting human safety and product quality standards. He ensures everyone deployed in their area follow all safety protocol and quality requirements.

Collaborates with peers, support functions, negotiates for timeline, ensures job completion, and demonstrates leadership skills among workers to ensure positive culture is retained at work place every day

Possess good technical knowledge of Rolling Mill - Roll Workshop and its operations. Possess good knowledge of Control Room Operation (DCS / PCS) and effective in decision making to meet production targets

Plan Compliance - Aware of daily shift targets through shift relieving, SIC plans for shift production volume, SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) to be produced.

Ensure all records - Production logbooks, Control Room logbooks, Product Quality Parameter logbook and shift logbook are documented properly with Signature of related persons.

Ensure all records are properly filled without over-writing and all records carry signature.

Desired Education Qualifications:-

B.E/B.Tech Metallurgy/Chem/Mech [OR] Diploma Metallurgy/Chem/Mech

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month

• Working in Rolling Mill: 1 year (Preferred)
