Whether you\xe2\x80\x99ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you\xe2\x80\x99re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.Technical Engineering requirementsEnsure operation of all the equipment / systems in the unit / area assignedEquipment\xe2\x80\x99s to be operated and maintained areAHU\'s, Ventilation unitsUtilities like Chiller, Air Compressor, DG , Pumps, cooling tower etc.Piping\xe2\x80\x99s of all UtilitiesBuilding Maintenance and Minor maintenance of Lab equipment\xe2\x80\x99s.Ensuring Operation of Equipment\xe2\x80\x99s as per requirement and proper documentation completionEnsure completion of all PPMs scheduled in the area in a timely mannerPreparation of Annual PPM planer and schedules, review of checklistEnsuring completion of PPM on time and at actual with proper document completionEnsure response to issues / complaints on time and resolution of the breakdowns.Attending breakdowns immediately keeping low downtime.Coordinating for generating the work orders for maintenance and modification worksEnsure required spares and consumables availability for the Operations and PPM activitiesOverall responsible for maintaining of required inventory level for all equipment spares and consumables like lubricants, bearings, belts etc.,Follow up with purchase to get the required material in time.Tracking of existing spares required for equipment maintenance and updating spares list from time to time.Checking of Indent/ CER raised for procuring new material, and keeping track of the same.Ensure GMP complianceEnsuring to meet the requirement of respective quality standards and to ensure the maintenance of records and annexure pertaining to various SOPsCompliance to all audit requirements with respect to documentation, Data availability and records mgmt.Ensure Building and premises are presentableMaintain 5S standards. Keep the area clean and tidy, with out any accumulation of unwanted materials.Ensure effective communication with the users and teamDaily briefing to employees, cascade of information to the team on the operational deliverables, issues, highlights.Continuous ImprovementsTo encourage and motivate employees for generating continuous improvements and to work on various energy saving methods.Ensure effective reporting as per Management requirementsVerification of Daily reports, Weekly report, Monthly reportsAny abnormalities observed will be brought to the Management\xe2\x80\x99s notice and will be attended immediately.Project ManagementExecution of minor projects under guidance of technical managers and client\xe2\x80\x99s technical managementLocation:On-site \xe2\x80\x93Mumbai, MHIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don\xe2\x80\x99t meet all of the requirements.
