Job Description


::1. Ensure development and implementation of in-house and outsourced training programs based on the internal assessment of training requirements to enhance the leadership / managerial skills of employees

  • Roll out the TNA process using different tools for segmented employees based on business requirements.
  • Drive Gyanodaya E-learning modules with defined man-days of training.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of skill development programs across all segments as per defined timelines.
  • Regular updation of content as per requirements.
  • Evolve relevant training models
2. Implement sustainable and people independent standard processes / systems for design, delivery & review of training programs
  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing process / program improvements, providing regular feedback and launching new initiatives.
  • Put in place standardized communication, implementation processes evaluation and review mechanisms to enhance quality of delivery.
  • Ensure effectiveness of training programs through identifying measures of business impact / ROI.
  • Formulate policy / process / concept notes related to training for internal circulation.
3. Manage stakeholders and drive team members to achieve functional agenda
  • Manage internal / external stakeholders to support delivery of programs.
  • Identify and evaluate vendors accurately based on requirements.
  • Ensure professional development of team members through effective coaching and support.
  • Build internal capabilities through enabling sustained learning for the internal corporate training team.
4. Create and manage integrated databases to ensure a focused approach and determining action plans
  • Identify, collate, analyze through applying different data mining techniques and use relevant data for determining action plans.
  • Timely generation of key reports as required.
  • Track and monitor key factors and suggest corrective action as needed.
