Role Design Engg - Marshall Machines Limited

KRA Key Responsibility

Proposals Evaluate customer drawings and submit proposals for sales team
Check feasibility of components on the machines

Production BOM preparation for all machines

BOM preparation for all automation

Detailed stage wise machining drawings for all components

Detailed stage wise assembly and sub assembly drawings create critical to quality dimensions for machining create critical to quality dimensions for assembly

DAP finalization for projects

Training and development of team members

Product training to new joinees

Machine design Conceptual design

3D model and BOM preparation

Stage wise drawings

Update drawings for all models

Database management for all machine parts

Testing and validation of new design

Post sales service Help in RCA and CAPA

Implement CAPA for all issues of machining and assembly
Service manual creation and maintenance

Reporting DWM
Project progress report
Cost reduction initiatives
RCA and CAPA report
Kaizens done

Core competency requirement
1 Reading Engineering drawings
2 2D modeling in Autocad
3 3D modeling in Solidworks
4 Understanding of how detailed drawings are made
5 Understanding of part manufacturing process
6 Bill of Materials generation experience
7 Basics of mechanical engineering
8 Basics of electrical engineering

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?24,000.00 per month
