Job Description

• Operate Sheathing Line Machines: Safely operate and monitor machines that apply sheathing or insulation coatings to wires or cables according to product specifications.
• Machine Setup and Adjustments: Set up machines for production runs, including adjusting machine settings, calibrating the equipment, and changing dies or rollers as needed.
• Monitor Production: Continuously monitor the production process to ensure the machine is running smoothly and the product is meeting quality standards. Perform regular inspections of the sheathing process to verify consistency and quality.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished wire and cable products for defects or imperfections such as inconsistent coating thickness, misalignment, or damage. Perform regular checks for compliance with internal and customer specifications.
• Troubleshoot and Repair: Identify and troubleshoot any issues with the sheathing line machinery. Perform minor repairs or maintenance as necessary, such as replacing parts or cleaning equipment. Notify the Maintenance team for more complex issues.
• Maintain Equipment: Perform routine maintenance on the sheathing line machinery, such as cleaning, lubricating, and changing parts. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Wear and maintain appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
