Job Description
- This role need to work with different Pods teams for Development and user queries from different markets.
- This role need to cooperate with existing service management team/global support team to support all applications in Power platform.
- This role need to work with vendor to ensure system issue being well followed up.
- This role is mainly work for Middle East and Euro market, due to different time zone, the candidate needs to work with flexible working hours, may need to take shift to support Euro time zone.
- Nintex Workflow (Has to be Strong and Hands On)
- SharePoint Out-of-the-Box Features
- List/Libraries/Content Type/Column/View
- List templates, Import/Export list
- User Permission
- Site Pages
- Customize default List Form pages with custom script.
- WebParts (CEWP, Script Editor, List etc.)
- Communication Skill,
- multiple task handing skill, cooperation skill
