• Advanced knowledge of designing, developing, and managing SharePoint as a content management system.
• Should have expert knowledge of maintaining multiple SharePoint sites, including developing, updating, and maintaining the pages, lists, and asset libraries.
• Ability to create an access architecture using SharePoint.
• Good hands-on experience working with PowerApps.
• Ability to analyse and present site performance data.

Content Management:

• Collaboration with project teams and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Ideate campaigns to increase adoption.
• Conduct regular audits and ensure all information is up to date.

Metadata management and Automation:

• Develop and design an architecture of data management, including tagging content for easy search and filters.
• Make use of Power Automate and PowerApps for automating and managing various tasks and removing waste time.

Ownership:

• Take ownership of various SharePoint sites/databases and respond to any queries from the business.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:

• Excellent Stakeholder Management experience, working with multiple stakeholders and across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Utilizing problem solving skills to understand and address requests received, striving for optimum solutions.
• Provide constructive input and communicate with team members to bring efficiency to the overall Knowledge management process.

To apply you need to have:

• 4-6 years of professional experience in SharePoint content management and development
• Demonstrated experience in Knowledge Management is preferred.
• Masters / Bachelors degree in computer science, technology or similar fields.
• Relevant experience with Shared Services, BPO.
• Experience working across multiple geographies.
• Demonstrated virtual team collaboration.
• Ability to work EMEA shift timings (1PM - 10PM IST)
