Introduction: To be part of a global team providing follow-the-sun operational support for MS Teams, SharePoint and other M365 Applications for all Barclays colleagues worldwide. Support will include resolving incidents, identifying new issues and driving strategic improvements to the service. You\'ll be working as part of a busy, global team so you\'ll be making full use of the collaboration products that you help to support. As well as knowing about the IT systems you are supporting, you\'ll also be involved in tailoring and delivering these services within Barclays. As a member of the team, you\'ll also provide a level of expertise in customer experience and interactions, being able to deal with users both online and face to face to answer any how to queries as well as driving self-service options to our users. You will need to be a forward thinker, coming up with new innovative ideas on how we can automate and limit the need for manual work / intervention. You\'ll have opportunities to take on some additional responsibilities for training integrating new starters and training.. What will you be doing Providing technical and know-how support to a variety of users Providing technical expertise on the M365 products to enable effective service delivery Lead with a variety of projects to improve the service offering Incident support and resolution for incidents relating to M365 (MS Teams / SharePoint Online / SharePoint 2010 / PowerPlatform / Whiteboard / Planner etc.) Rapid response to any issues that have been raised Proactive approach to continual service improvement and enhancement of the user experience. Understand risk, control and security responsibilities, take ownership of issues where appropriate. Champion a \'shift left\' approach to knowledge sharing amongst colleagues in 1 st and 2 nd line support, business champions and end users. Identify improvement opportunities in the service offering and provide reports to evidence Document incident handling processes to improve knowledge articles and a \'shift left\' approach Write detailed support articles for a variety of users (technical vs non technical) What we\'re looking for: Experience of administrating and supporting M365 Products such as SharePoint Online, MS Teams, PowerPlatform, MS Forms, Planner etc. Experience of providing end user support in a corporate environment. Strong literacy skills with experience of writing training / help guides for end users, as well as ability to review customer communications and provide valued suggestions. Ability to work with a variety of different people to deliver exceptional customer service Skills that will help you in the role Knowledge of ITIL framework and its application in a service operations environment Recognised Microsoft qualifications: M365 Fundamentals M365 Security Administrator Enterprise Administrator Expert (desirable). Experience using ServiceFirst / ServiceNow on managing incidents and creating new templates and knowledge-based articles. Strong skills on local Microsoft packages such as PowerPoint and Excel.
