POSITION PURPOSE
--------------------
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SharePoint Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on expertise in SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Platform and having strong hold on migration of SharePoint on premises to SharePoint online. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing effective support and solutions within the SharePoint environment.
Responsibilities
• SharePoint 2019 and Online Expertise:
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and practical experience in designing, implementing, and managing SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and O365 solutions.
Provide guidance on best practices for SharePoint Online architecture, customization, and development.
Experience with SharePoint Administration and usage of out of the box functionalities.
Experience in PowerShell scripting, SharePoint PnP and SPFX.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DirSync, and Azure.
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and the real-time communication aspects.
Showcase proficiency in creating workflows using Power Automate to automate business processes.
Convert SharePoint designer workflow to power automate workflow in SharePoint online environment.
Leverage Power Platform tools for building custom apps, dashboards, and automation solutions.
Offer expert support to end-users, addressing issues, and ensuring seamless functionality of SharePoint and associated tools.
Conduct thorough troubleshooting to identify and resolve SharePoint-related problems.
Experience of ServiceNow and knowledge of change & incident management with production support.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SharePoint solutions.
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Develop custom SharePoint solutions as needed, including web parts, workflows, and other customization based on business requirements.
Good experience on SPFx, REST API, Angular JS, Node JS, Graph API, and relevant Azure services.

• Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Mandatory
• Microsoft certification in SharePoint or related technologies.
• Experience with SharePoint migration projects.
• Familiarity with other Microsoft 365 services.
