The successful candidate would have strong communication skills, be imaginative, be sensitive to Shades of India\'s aesthetic, and be able to work closely with influencers, press, PR agencies and sales staff. She/he would already have experience in developing and promoting luxury fashion and lifestyle brands.
The successful candidate would be required to:
- Develop a brand promotion and marketing calendar with the Head of Retail and Design Director
- Implement a brand promotion policy determined in conjunction with Retail and Design
- Work with a PR agency in organising brand promotion through events, influencers, and the media.
- Be able to organize promotional events and to network with influencers.
- Liaise with the graphics and social marketing teams to ensure a coherent promotional message.
- Plan with Retail and Design the launch of new collections
- Liaise with store managers and shop-in-shop partners to ensure they have understood collections and are maximizing sales.
- Be ready to travel to stores and help in training sales staff on products and visual display.
- Initiate brand collaborations and partnerships where these seem of benefit to Shades of India.
- Able to analyse Ad performance reports, sales reports and social media performance to add inputs to a marketing strategy and future planning.
