:Job PurposePlanning, Organizing, Executing of all the maintenance, Operation, modification, improvement activities related to Electrical & Instrumentation by ensuring completion of targets with ensuring safety & environmental standards. Co-ordination with all departments, consultant, venders & contractors for smooth running of Thermal Power plant. Arrangement & Maintaining Un-Interrupted Electrical power for Cement plant operation. Ensuring effective implementation of SAP, IMS & Business Excellence model. Co-ordination with team members to achieve departmental targets. Ensuring safety in all respect and Statutory compliance related to TPP Electrical and Instrumentation.Job Context & Major ChallengesJob Context: Rajashree Cement Works is one of the single largest cement plants with an installed capacity to produce 4.7 million tons of cement /annum with captive power plant (58.2 MW) and mines, employing approximately 850 people. It manufactures a range of premium brand of cement and enjoys a reputation of giving value for money. It is one of the largest cement plant at a single location in the country. Rajashree Cement Works has opted for the Best World Class Technology equipment right from its inception.The plant consists of 3 Lines. The Line-1 currently producing 3100 TPD, commissioned in 1984, Line \xc2\xbf 2 producing 4000 TPD commissioned in 1990 and Line \xc2\xbf 3 producing 5200 tons of clinker / day was commissioned in 1995. The plant operation is 24 hours/day and 345 days in a yearRajashree cement, line IV setting up a project of 10000 TPD cement plant,12 MW Waste Heat Recovery based & 2 x 25 MW thermal power plant .Professional Experience description: * To handle maintenance of TG\xe2\x80\x99s, DG and Solar in co-ordination with TPP operation team. Continuously strive to achieve highest efficiency, availability and lowest auxiliary power consumption.

• He should be familiar with AFBC, CFBC, WHRS and Solar equipment\xe2\x80\x99s.
• He should be familiar with DM water generation equipment\xe2\x80\x99s.
• He should be familiar with coal handling plant with coal reclaimer circuit.
• He should be able to prepare generation and auxiliary power consumption report.
• He should have good communication skill for coordinating maintenance with mechanical, technical cell, civil and operation department.
• He should have knowledge and experience of getting approval for electrical installation through CEI.
• He should be aware of the electrical rules and regulation.
• He should be able to read/suggest modification in electrical drawing.
• He should be familiar or involved in load flow study, relay co-ordination study, short circuit study and grid islanding scheme.
• He should be able to carry out checks of standalone PLC for load shedding and synchronisation.
• He should be familiar with ABB DCS, iFix and Allen Bradley SCADA operating platform.
• He should be able to read and understand gap logic.
• He should be able to carry out synchronisation of TG\xe2\x80\x99s, DG and Solar.
• He should be knowledge of Load management system DSLC, MSLC and WW505.
• He should have good experience of maintenance of Siemens switchgear equipment\xe2\x80\x99s
• He should be able to carry out isolation of LT and HT feeder.
• He should be able to do troubleshooting and downloading ABB, Schneider, Siemens generator and feeder protection relay events and settings.
• He should be able to do troubleshooting of automatic voltage regulator, VFD, UPS, battery charger, ESP and GCMS (generator control metering and synchronizing) panels.
• He should be able to carry out maintenance/overhauling and troubleshooting of HT/LT and AC/DC motor.
• He should have sound knowledge of maintenance/overhauling and troubleshooting generator, transformers, MCC, PCC and HT feeders.
• He should have sound knowledge of DC system of plant.
• He should be able to carry out testing of electrical equipment\xe2\x80\x99s.
• He should be able to prepare proposal for CAPEX and its execution.
• He should have sound experience of MM and PM modules of SAP.
• He should have the experience in software\xe2\x80\x99s of Adityabirla group i.e. Koromi, Kronos, Confluence, mySetu, Online PTW, Shutdown management system etc.
• He should be able to prepare safe work procedure, Safe operating procedure, HIRA of all maintenance activities.
• He should be able to maintain daily maintenance log book and Check list of equipment.
• He should be able to co-ordinate daily maintenance activity with wage board and contractor employees.
• He should have analytical approach and problem solving nature.
• To do resource planning i.e. effective utilization of resources, spares planning & inventory control & timely planning of spares for the job planned.
• Implementation of ABG safety standards and visual improvement in safety in each activity.

Critical Job competencies / Mandatory Skills:

• Able to lead and guide team of E&I engineers, electricians, and instrument technicians
• Exposure on team management in project as well as for daily maintenance activities
• Able to negotiate with venders
• Able to communicate with venders for E&I requirement.
• Sound knowledge of maintenance of power plant equipment\xe2\x80\x99s i.e. generator, generator transformer, distribution transformer, invertor transformer, AVR, ESP, HT/LT motor, Battery Charger & bank, LT/MV VFD.
• Knowledge of PLC Atlas, Siemens & ABB.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Emergency power restoration during black out condition.
• Analyzing and identifying root cause of electrical fault/ breakdown by capturing relay data, DCS, LMS alarm/event list.

Professional Qualifications:Essential: BE/B. Tech in Electrical EngineeringPreferably: BE/B. Tech in Electrical Engineering
