:Job PurposeTo Plan, cordinate and ensure security of men, machine and assets in plant, mines and colony area through deploying appropriate security measures & administratve support in the field of transportation , Guest house & CSR.Job Context & Major ChallengesDalla Cement Works & Dalla Super Cement Works has clinker manufacturing capacity of 2.00 MTPA (Line-1: 1500 TPD Line-2: 4500 TPD) and 2.01 MTPA (Line -3: 6000 TPD) respectively and cement grinding capacity of 1.8 MTPA.
To cater the Power requirement, we have captive thermal power plant with 27 MW Gross generation capacity along with 10.0 x 2 MW DG and WHRS of 13 MW Gross. Power wheeling from Dalla is being done for Tanda / Bara Grinding Units. Solar Power Plant of 7.5 MWp installed to cater the energy demand with renewable resource.
The Unit has a leased area of 1778.433 Ha, out of which Mining Lease has been granted for 1313.575 Ha, with balance limestone reserves of around 86.87 Million Tons (as on 01.04.2024). forest territoryKey Result Areas KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters)
KRA1 Security of Plant & Township: Plan, organize & control security arrangements in plant, mines & township area to safeguard units assets & employees a) Handling of miscreant
b) Oversee vehicle checks at Security Gate
c) Organizing patrols in township and around plant boundary
d) Vigilance at all entry /exit points
e) Ensure no encroachment by outside
f) Handling of unlawful activities
g) Provide intelligence services to Management
h) Keeping constant vigilance on the Trade Union activity and the unruly elements
i) Plan, organize & control security arrangements in plant, Mines & township area to safeguard unit assets & employees
j) Safe and secured storage of explosives, detonators, fuses etc. Required for blasting operation in mines and to ensure that these are not accessed by unlawful elements

KRA2 Firefighting Services: Ensure maintenance of fire-fighting equipment and operate during emergencies within short notice ) Scheduled check up of systems / equipmentxe2x80x99s
b) Training the staff and workmen in fire-fighting
c) Maintaining all equipmentxe2x80x99s to required levels
d) Coordinate with Govt. agencies & other units to arrange additional resources
e) Timely replacement / refilling of portable fine extinguishers in various departments
f) Ensure maintenance of fire fighting equipmentxe2x80x99s and operate during emergencies within short notice
KRA3 Liaison: Liaison with law enforcement authorities and Road Transport Officers for supporting the business activities of the Unit a) Building relationship
b) Interaction and socializing
c) Renewal of registration of old vehicles
d) Liaison with District Transport authorities
e) Registration of New Vehicle
f) Liaise with law enforcement authorities and Road Transport Officers for supporting the business activities of the Unit
KRA4 Administrative Management ( Transport,Hospitility ,Weigh Bridge operation & CSR. a) Unblamish transport operation with statutory compliance, Record keeping and periodical maintenance of vehicles.
b) Without interruption smooth weigh bridge operations.

d) Proper house keeping in all guest houses.
e) Role out yearly CSR calendar and implement the activities within the budget.
f)Execute & Complete number of social projects with management & government approval.
KRA5 System Implementation: The system requirement of ISO, EMS, OHSAS, SA 8000 and WCM systems in thorough the involvement of employees for improving working and quality standard a) Train and develop Security personnel to improve service of the department and create a conducive work environment
b) Coordinate & manage internal transport are provided as per requirement of the Unit within the Budget
c) Proper control on internal transport system
d) Coordinate & monitor activities of administration of plant, colony, to meet satisfaction of employees & customers
e) Identify & improvement study & kaizen
f) Identify & get rectify abnormalities ./ unsafe conditions
g) Implementation plan for Quality improvement objectives
h) Improvement of WCM criteria score

KRA6 Safety a) Ensure applicable safety standards are followed in the department without any deviation.
b) Monitor and correct, if required, safety behaviour of the team members.
c) Ensure safe working conditions in the department.
