Qualification-

Candidate must be qualified in Post/ Advance diploma in Industrial safety with diploma/Graduate in Engineering discipline in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical from recognized institute.

Experience

10 to 15 Years.

1.Assisting to DH safety in UTCL safety management system implementation.

2.Responsible for routine safety department activities and check the implementation of safety system effectiveness.

3.Responsible for preparing the daily, weekly, monthly safety MIS, ISO 450001 system documentation and field compliance.

4.Facilaitae to safety standard champion team and hand hold the line engineer/Managers to implement the safety standards.

5.Must Trained in Mysetu /PTW software reports analysis and prepare the report weekly basis and ensure the compliance in field with the coordination of line managers.

6.Responsible for preparing Safety Apex presentations, Weekly CFSA reports and maintained the record.

7.Safety department safety management system documentation (Compliance of RCN/BCN, Safety Board Recommendation, FPSA audit, SPSA audit compliance) and track on set frequency.

8.To Assist the safety team in monthly safety theme campaign and proactively take innovative initiative to cover the maximum participation of employees and contractor employees.

9.Responsible to maintain the complacence of legal requirement related with safety department and keep track on regular intervals.

10. Responsible to assist to safety team for safety promotional activities and engage the shop floor employees.

11. Must have the train the trainer skills to trained the employees.1. Implementation of ABG safety standards,2. Training to employees on SBO procedure, accompany at site for SBO quality improvement, schedule and follow up. Analysis and follow up for corrective actions.3. Training to employees encourage people to report all near miss and other incidents motivate as required.

Nature of Experience

Working in Large scale of industries preferably in cement manufacturing
