:Job PurposeTo provide leadership in efficient and effective Medical and Health services to employees and residents of the township and residents of surrounding villages. Also, organize IME / PME and shutdown workmen medical check up. Analyze, diagnose and prevent Occupational Health Problems of the Factory/Mines employees and contract workmen, provide information on Health and hygiene and drive awareness programmes, organize Medical camps in surrounding villages as part of CSR, derive strategies to manage contagious diseases.Work towards keeping the plant safe and secure from calamities and emergencies, implement the OHS policy & comply with the statutes and internal and external audit observations as applicable and build a team with commitment and high morale and represent OHC Sub Committee in the Apex and OHC Board MeetingsKey Result Areas KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters)
KRA1 Wellness Center Management: -Indoor & outdoor patient care
-Occupational health check-ups.

KRA2 Preventive Health Care -Awareness on health issues among staff

-Alternative medicine \xe2\x80\x94 practices and promotion
KRA3 Collaborate for State Initiatives:
Ensure Organising camps like Pulse-polio, Family Planning, and Mother & child care in support of Government proposed health programme for disease free society -Close liasion with Govt. agencies.
-Plan & implement Govt. sponsored programmes.
-Collating feedback from the stakeholders
-Improvise the initiatives for better services.
KRA4 Health & Safety of Employees
Ensure organizing periodical medical examination of employees\xe2\x80\xa2 for identification, prevention and control of diseases to meet statutory requirements -Ensure the PME of all the employees every year
-Seggregate the employees in different categories based on medical vulnerabilities
-Strict monitoring of employees who are medically vulnerable. \xe2\x80\xa2 Promote health awareness amongst employees and their family members.
-Liase with various multispeciallity hospitals in metros in order to support employees during emergencies.
KRA5 System Implementation and Statutory Compliance: Ensure, review and implementation of health & safety standards as per OHS Guidelines and Factory Act 1948 and Rajasthan Factory Rules. -Identification of hazardous operations and assessing its impact in the health of the employees and explore control measures in association with line managers.
-Hygiene Audits (WASH) and inspection of first aid boxes.
-To provide awareness training on occupational health diseases and implications.
-Implementation of OHSAS 18001 and SA 8000 standards. Certified Internal auditor of OHSAS 18001 & SA 8000
