:

• Distribution of Drinking water in nearby villages in summer seasons.
• To improve the quality of Education in nearby Government Schools.
• To improve health infrastructure and facilities in nearby hospital.
• Improving Water positivity and conservation through watershed management
• Health & Hygiene improvement for weaker section of community
• Improve overall health condition of community through regular medical checkup camps, family welfare camps, eye camps & awareness camps organized like AIDS.
• Networking with NGOs, Govt. Institutions and other social development agencies and collaborate with other national /international agencies for project implementation, technical and financial support.
• Actively seek out collaborative partnership with govt. institutions and NGOs and developmental agencies towards achieving project objectives.
• Sustainable Livelihood Work Implementation
• Women empowerment
• Providing skill development training to local populations in trades like (Stitching, Electronic item repairing, engine repairing etc.).
• Ensuring availability of trained staff and equipment\xe2\x80\x99s / tool.
• Promoting the VTC amongst local masses to ensure delivering maximum benefit to local public.
• To analyses benefits arising out of the VTC in nearby society on sustainable livelihood front.
• Creating positive image for the business through VTC operations.
• Proper planning and forecasting for annual budget.
• Ensure proper budget utilization.
• Tracking & monitoring for controlling of sanctioned budget also taking additional effort\xe2\x80\x99s for keep our expenses within budget.
• Making approval notes for New & non-budgeted expenses.
• Generation of the PR\xe2\x80\x99s, PO\xe2\x80\x99s, SES for CSR activities.
• Smooth coordination of School and Hospital related activity.
• Support Employee engagement activities.
• Handling of Mines related issue
• Smooth coordination with Govt. officer like sarpanch, Talati, Gramseveak, Animal husbandry department, water supply department etc.
• Ensuring 100% compliance of all safety standards and all applicable recommendations related to section

Qualification: MSW, Mater of Art in Rural DevelopmentNature of Experience: Coordination for CSR Project ImplementationEssential Skills:Proficiency in Computer operation in English and HindiDesirable Skills:Rapport building with community, Govt. officials , media person and elected membersNegotiation skills
