:HR Policies/ Programmes & Systems - \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor, review and improve effectiveness of performance appraisal system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Vibes taskforce co-ordination, facilitation and implementation of recommendation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor & review of Establishment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Organize Management reports. Implementation of T&C procedures at the site \xe2\x80\xa2 Organize HR Strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 To review and monitor motivational schemes \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure T&C procedures and modules of Safety standard learning \xe2\x80\xa2 are implemented at UltraTech Mfg Level Training and DevelopmentTo design, organize and conduct training programmes and guide and support the subordinate in planning and co-ordination of all training activities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Design, organize and conduct training programmes especially related to guide in preparation of Training Calendar. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review Training Calendar. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure execution of training. \xe2\x80\xa2 Co-ordinate with internal & external faculty. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop effective feedback system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review & monitoring training systems for improvement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Motivate internal faculty. \xe2\x80\xa2 Improve training effectiveness. \xe2\x80\xa2 To administer ELM module of Poornata. Talent Management - Plan, organize and implement talent management of employees in order to identify and recognize the talents and ensure their development through continuous monitoring and review. \xe2\x80\xa2 Planning for talent management activities \xe2\x80\xa2 Organizing potential segmentation \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinating with Business stakeholders Social Security Benefits to employees - To ensure to cover all eligible employees and their dependants under social security cover as per corporate guidelines. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure for up-dation of coverage. \xe2\x80\xa2 To facilitate employees to have benefits under cover of security and to remove. Organization Structure, Manpower planning, Job Analysis/JDs Assist management in preparation of organization structure, amendments and manpower rationalization. To plan, organize and co-ordinate Job analysis for all staff category as per the organization structure, to improve teamwork, attain higher productivity, right sizing of manpower and facilitate Job evaluation process \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop ideal organization structure. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure appropriate amendments as per charts. \xe2\x80\xa2 To do Manpower Planning. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure placement of right employee on right job. \xe2\x80\xa2 Organize and co-ordinate job analysts/JD preparation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitate Job Evaluation Process. Performance Management and Establishment - To plan, organize and ensure establishment, Poornata project implementation, performance management and compensation timely as per the requirement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Training on the performance management \xe2\x80\xa2 MPDP planning \xe2\x80\xa2 Compilation of appraisals and consolidation \xe2\x80\xa2 Identification of the sub-standard performance and development of IDPs and follow-up RELATIONS Ensure peaceful and harmonious relationship with workmen to enable Unit meet its uninterrupted operation plans. \xe2\x80\xa2 Interactions with Unions on periodic basis to keep channels of communication open for addressing the issues from time-to-time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Day to day interaction with workmen and handling grievances. \xe2\x80\xa2 To arrive at Understanding & Settlements including VRS (if need so), etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Generating MIS on any issue arising and coordinating with respective departments for solving the issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Disciplinary action wherever required.
