Digital marketing campaigns through the use, and coordination, of marketing automation, survey, social, web, virtual event and digital asset management technologies.
Email designs and templates by consulting and collaborating with internal clients to understand needs and identify email design solutions.
Use complex email marketing concepts, database list management, website tag management and programming languages (HTML, SQL, AMPScript)
Ensure digital content is dynamic, efficiently coded and rendered correctly across a variety of platforms and devices.
Review materials created to ensure a consistent visual brand approach.
Assist and lead the development of email marketing best practices, brand guidelines and compliance
Collaborate with the design and content teams to optimize email templates.
Must have:
Experience working on email marketing tools to design and send email campaigns (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Marketo, Mail Chimp or any similar tools)
Strong working knowledge of digital design tool - Litmus, Adobe Creative Suite etc.
Strong working knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, AMPScript.
Extensive experience working with visual brand systems, design best practices, and experience with email design execution.
Good understanding of digital marketing ecosystem, concepts, tools and techniques
Experience working in customer relationship management systems (e.g. Salesforce) or with marketing data
Team player with analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail opportunities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail
Good to have:
SFMC email specialist certification
Knowledge of CSS and HTML
Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and pleasantly
Ability to analyze data to support decision-making
