JOB Description: Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein/Tableau CRM) . 5+ years of in-depth technical experience on configuration, customization and development of analytics tools . Hands-on Salesforce Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM Analytics configuration and development experience . Ability to capture BI requirements and build dashboards . Experience articulating design specifications and implementing leading practices . Ability to translate BI requirements using SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language) . Ability to optimize SAQL queries for dashboard performance . Ability to implement Analytics security model . Experienced in real-time integrations with Salesforce involving SOAP, REST APIs and understanding of concepts such as firewalls, reverse proxies and security certificates . Experience with all core Salesforce.com tools (i.e., Data loader, Translation Workbench) and products . Thorough understanding of the role, profile and permissions sets (security and sharing model) guiding access and visibility, SSO, and desktop/mobile integrations Good to have: Salesforce CRM Analytics certified.
