Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced ERP Integration Specialist to play a crucial role in our Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) implementation project. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both ERP systems and Salesforce CPQ, with a strong focus on integrating these systems seamlessly to ensure efficient data flow and process automation. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Sales, Finance, and Operations, to understand integration requirements and business processes. Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between Salesforce CPQ and the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and synchronization. Evaluate existing integration architecture and recommend improvements to optimize performance and reliability. Work closely with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure successful integration implementation. Create and maintain integration documentation, including technical specifications, data mapping, and process flows. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing timely support to ensure uninterrupted business operations. Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure data consistency between Salesforce CPQ and the ERP system. Participate in testing activities, including integration testing, user acceptance testing, and data migration validation. Provide training and guidance to end-users on integrated processes and systems. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ERP integration and Salesforce CPQ. Qualifications: Bachelor%27s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience with ERP integration, preferably involving Salesforce CPQ and major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Strong understanding of integration technologies, such as APIs, middleware, ETL tools, and web services. Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) and integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi). Experience with data mapping, transformation, and data migration processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve integration issues. Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ processes, objects, and workflows is a plus. Relevant certifications in ERP systems, integration platforms, or Salesforce CPQ are advantageous.
