Job Description
Functional testing experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud using Business manager , able to configure /update product, catalog, promotions, campaigns ,coupons, site preferences ,validate details in ordering module .Should have experience in E2E testing of the eCommerce application including system integration test.Proficient in Agile testing methodology.Ability to create a detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.Ability to identify and optimize the testing process.Experience with defining and reporting QA metrics for defined releases.(good to have)Collaborate with developers(vendors) to ensure testing results meet performance and scalability requirements.Good Oral and Written Communication Skills.Ability to take ownership/work independently is a must.Experience with JIRA and ALM test management tools.Identify potential build and timing problems as early as possible, flagging to the Project Manager/Team Lead.Ability to monitor/measure testing progress.Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.API testing knowledge with Mule Integration is preferred.Must Have:1. SFCC - 4/52. Retail E-Commerce - 4/53. JIRA / TestRail - 4/5
