5-7 years of experience in Successfactors Employee Central. Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central is Mandatory. Hands-on experience in all the Data Models and excellent knowledge of XML. Must have worked on MDF Foundation objects associations Business rules and workflows. Additional certification in any Successfactors modules like time off and knowledge in Replication to EC Payroll would be an added advantage. Ability to work independently and provide reliable solutions to customers. Minimum of 3 years working experience of SAP experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Core Global benefits Intelligent services and knowledge in integrations with other 3rd Party tools and SAP HCM. Very good written / verbal communication skills. Must be flexible to work in shifts.
