Position : Outlet Executive
Location : Haldiram Food Outlet
Key Responsibilities :
• Customer Service :
• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders.
• Provide menu information and answer customer queries.
• Order Management :
• Take food orders accurately using the billing system.
• Ensure timely and correct delivery of orders to customers.
• Billing and Payments :
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments efficiently.
• Generate bills and provide receipts to customers.
• Food Serving :
• Serve food and beverages to customers at their tables or counters.
• Ensure food presentation meets outlet standards.
• Cleanliness and Hygiene :
• Maintain cleanliness in the service area.
• Follow all hygiene and safety guidelines while serving food.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
