Job Summary

As Services Sales Specialist, you will act as main customer contact for operational Technical Service matters, facilitating service sales growth ambition through account management, sales opportunity analysis, management of maintenance contracts, service coordination and customer support. Offering quality service with innovative solutions, looking to drive excellence in customer satisfaction.

This position will be based in Chakan, Pune.

What you will do

  • ead creation, implementation and follow up of sales and business strategy for a given area of responsibility or application within specified accounts in Central & West India.
  • Drive growth for after sales services with customers by building strong customer relationships and identifying short, medium and long-term business opportunities with processing accounts within his region specifically.
  • Drive processing services contracts with customers and maintain profitability.
  • Maintain existing processing service contracts and onboard new customer on Tetra Pak annual maintenance contract.
  • Lead & support the accounts assigned to him , and working closely with the sales manager to technically support Services team for Plant component portfolio.
  • Prepare, deliver and follow up on quotations to customer expectations
  • Develop and drive the execution of sales plans aligned to Tetra Pak\'s and the customers\' business objectives
  • Visit assigned accounts routinely to develop face to face relationships & Ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner, and the resolution is accepted by the customer.
  • Record and follow up on opportunities in a timely fashion in professional manner and Monitor and report sales opportunities in management databases.
  • Drive improved understanding of customers\' overall services business.
We believe you have
  • A Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent skills and experience is required, a mechanical Engineering, Food Technology is highly preferred.
  • At least 5 years of technical/customer handling & Support Sales experience preferred
  • Business fluent proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • Experience in Tetra Pak Key Components & Plant Components.
  • Professional experience with relationship management, commercial and/or customer-facing experience in the food and beverage industry
  • Ability to effectively identify and capture customer technical issues and tenaciously drive expedited solutions, in collaboration with our internal technical expertise
