The Service Project Manager III sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities and monitors and summarizes the progress of a project, and will also be responsible for developing and delivering presentation materials.Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing key client projects
• Ensures all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Defines project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Responsible for developing and delivering presentation materials.
• Develops a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities and monitors and summarizes the progress of a project
• Manages changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Leads meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Reports and escalate to management as needed
• Creates and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Develops comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
• Develops spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
• Performs other related duties and activities as required

WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99VE DONE:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree required, and/or higher level, or foreign equivalent
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 professional experience, preferably in a similar role
• Must have working experience in Duck Creek and/or P&C insurance domain

Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:

• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Superior skills in Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines
