The Services ICS-SOX process and control specialist will be part of the SSD BPO organization and be part of the newly build strong central independent services oversight control entity that leads and mitigates the risk of significant ICS-SOX control deficiency. The central control entity will lead the control design - execution- validation - quality reporting, continuous improvement, process adherence and adoption towards the GBS and markets.
Your responsibilities:
The Services ICS-SOX process and control specialist will be responsible for managing the central preparation, execution, validation and report out on all services (compensating) controls under leadership of the Business Process Owners services.
As part of continuous improvement, the Services ICS-SOX process and control specialist will lead PRIDE problem solving sessions with the Global Business Services Centers and markets based on identified deficiencies.
Coordination of corrective actions, process enhancements, process adoption, process performance dashboards and trainings towards Global Business Services Centers & markets are part of the daily scope.
Maintain, develop, and safeguard relevant Services ICS/SOX (compensating) control processes , work instructions and KPIs according to current legacy and standard IT architecture as part of the Philips Excellence Process Framework (PEPF)
Interact and collaborate with stakeholders and peers in the Global Business Services centers, markets, ICS-SOX control teams, internal audit, Business Process Owners /Business Process Experts services teams and supporting functions like IT, Q&R, internal audit, finance and Philips University to ensure services capabilities are well designed, deployed and adopted in line with the ICS-SOX business needs
Drive real change in Services internal controls through implementation, adoption and continuous improvement of processes, solutions and best practices in our Global Business Services centers and markets.
Initiate, challenge, support and lead improvement opportunities in the services processes, based on detected deficiencies during control execution.
Drive and manage services control & process capability performance in line with defined services KPIs and ICS-SOX control objectives
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience.
Minimal 5 years of in-depth international demonstrable experience in internal audit, ICS-SOX control design - execution- validation - quality reporting and financial risk analysis
Pragmatic business acumen, understanding the value of standard work, contract administration and order management processes, internal control framework, ICS-SOX
Experience with professional concepts like, Lean, Problem Solving, Daily Management, financial risk analysis
Strong communicator and collaborator, able to interact with internal stakeholders experts and peers at different levels at Global Business Services Centers , markets, ICS-SOX control team and Business Process Owners /Business Process Experts teams,
Team player and natural collaborator
Structured, organized, accurate, precise and stress resilient personality able quickly to understand the issues and bring together necessary resources to resolve them
Willing to travel internationally up to 10% of the time in case of problem solving workshops and training execution towards Global Business Services Centers and markets
Fluent in English speaking and writing, other languages preferred
