The Team You\'ll be a part of our Service Operations team responsible for overseeing the processes, controls, measures, and transparency of our application platforms, services, and access for Commodity Insights and our delivery partners. Under the guidance of our ServiceOps Lead, you\'ll collaborate with our Infrastructure & Operations team to ensure the adoption of ITIL Service Operations best practices for Incident, Request, Problem, and Access management in the delivery of operational services. Additionally, you\'ll work to ensure that our processes and documentation remain up-to-date, auditable, and compliant with company policies and standards. Your role will involve close collaboration with the IT Program teams to ensure that our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) is a true and current record of our application/server estate and that the annual data certification exercise is completed successfully. Collaborate with our technology teams to promote the implementation of ITIL Service Operation best practices, encompassing Incident, Request, Problem, and Access management . Create and consistently update management reports/dashboards to support technology management teams in overseeing Incident, Request, Problem, and Access management processes . Cooperate with the IT Program teams to maintain an accurate and up-to-date Configuration Management Database (CMDB) that reflects our application/server environment . Liaise with corporate infrastructure teams on multi-divisional initiatives, such as the annual data certification process What we\'re looking for We\'re looking for candidates who possess strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills. The ideal candidate will excel in effective communication, both orally and in written form. Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of ITIL methodologies and showcasing prior experience in operational support roles is essential. You\'ll be proficient in utilizing standard ITSM tools (expertise in ServiceNow, is strongly preferred). Additionally, experience in developing Tableau dashboards and reports is advantageous. Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office and Office 365, particularly in Excel (including Macros, Worksheets, and add-ins) and PowerPoint (for presentations), is expected. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Virtual Studio Team Services (VSTS) is a desirable attribute.
