Job Description

• Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with the developer team to understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using ATF
• Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, and report defects in a timely manner.
• Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing.
