Are you a seasoned ServiceNow professional with a knack for leadership and a wealth of experience across various ServiceNow modules? Join our dynamic team in India as a ServiceNow Technical Lead. We\'re seeking a talented individual who can bring expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules to drive innovation and excellence in our projects.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Utilize your in-depth knowledge and experience across various ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, Service Portal, HR Service Delivery, CSM, and more.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Design, configure, and implement complex ServiceNow solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients.
  • Conduct workshops, deliver training sessions, and provide ongoing support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of ServiceNow platforms.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Lead, with expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Extensive experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including CMDB, Service Catalog, and various ITSM modules.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively mentor and guide team members.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD and CIS-ITSM, and additional module certifications are highly desirable.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
