- Experience in Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Orchestration.
- Knowledgeable and Familiar:
- Possess knowledge and familiarity with ServiceNow ITOM offerings.
- Lead customers through knowledge and requirements discussions for implementing and deploying ServiceNow ITOM.
- Expertise in ServiceNow ITOM Implementation.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript scripting and coding.
- Experience in ITOM solutions, including Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Orchestration.
- Knowledge and familiarity with ServiceNow ITOM offerings.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Comfortable working in US Shifts.
