We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Senior Developer to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Supports Service Now platform upgrades, Request for Enhancements, projects, and Incident corrective actions.
Skills & Experience
Mandatory Skills - Must to have \xe2\x80\xa2 ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM)
- Experience leading transitions or integration projects. Example: ITSM tools like Remedy / ServiceNow, Monitoring tools, CRM, MS Exchange / SharePoint etc.
- An understanding of Project Management processes and experience in similar projects of complexity and scale.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
- Knowledge of NTT Data environment and processes.
- Any background in Service Management or Delivery roles would be a strong plus.
