It\'s fun to work at a company where people truly believe in what they are doing!:Summary:We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITSM / CSM Developer proficient in ITSM/Customer Service Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in developing and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform, focusing particularly on enhancing customer service processes related to CSM. Demonstrated expertise in customer service, office services, facilities management, and document processing/admin processes is essential, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions, including leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Predictive Intelligence (PI), as well as AI Search Configurations.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with process owners, architects, and development teams to design solutions and enhance the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead a technical team of experienced ServiceNow developers to deliver projects and solutions aligned with customer roadmaps.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand and refine business requirements, providing detailed technical insights to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Develop architecture, process, and solution documentation, including data flow diagrams.
• Provide support for critical issues and collaborate with support teams to recommend resolutions, mitigating potential business impacts.
• Review and configure solutions based on business needs, working closely with testing teams to ensure thorough testing before deployment across global instances.

Education and Qualifications:

• B. Tech or B.E degree in Computer Science or related engineering streams/ M.S. in Computer Science.
• Extensive experience in ServiceNow integration development.
• Certification in ServiceNow System Administration/ServiceNow CAD/ITSM/CSM.
• Proficiency in monitoring tools, Active Directory/Azure, and Intune.
• Ability to guide technical teams in developing optimal solutions and architectures based on current technologies and future business needs.
• Hands-on experience in complex code development for custom applications and integrations.
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 environment.
• Expertise in SOAP and REST integrations.
• Preference for experience with ServiceNow CSM/ITSM and CMDB
