The opportunity EY Technology is expanding the team which manages and maintains our growing internal ServiceNow platforms. This is an opportunity in a fast-paced environment working and consulting on technical projects, architecture and best practices with our world class developers, support and platform engineering staff. As a ServiceNow Architect you will become one of the go-to staff who provide strategic direction, ensures project implementation and leverages a deep understanding of the platform to ensure critical business needs are met. The goals of the ServiceNow Architect are to provide answers to technical queries, provide technical guidance, assist with complex break fix and technical requirements and act as a central resource for all things ServiceNow. This position requires you to challenge yourself to create and innovate while ensuring current and future continuity and extensibility of the platform.
Your key responsibilities In this key role you will be responsible for working with multiple teams and internal clients to assist with the following duties:

To qualify for the role, you must have

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in design, development & administration experience of the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience in analysing the business processes and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow development.
• Experience in customizing ServiceNow applications ensuring alignment with best practices and platform standards.
• Experience in scripting and customization of ServiceNow components.
• Experience in custom application development.
• Experience in Integrating ServiceNow with other third-party systems, databases, and applications.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow APIs for integration purposes, including REST and SOAP and associated security protocols.
• Experience in troubleshooting issues related to application performance and make recommendations for improvement.
• Experience in developing and executing test plans for ServiceNow applications to ensure the reliability and quality of the developed solutions.
• Substantial Service Portal Experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• Exceptional communication skills which allow effective communication with all ranks of stakeholders who may be technical or non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to drive execution and initiatives with minimal supervision.

Ideally, you\xe2\x80\x99ll also have

• ITIL v3 or v4 Foundations Certification
• Experience with Agile Development Methodology
• Experience with minimum two ServiceNow applications.
• Schedule Flexibility (we have global stakeholders)
