Create Epics and Features, assessing complexity and steering delivery team in the right direction
Aligning development with requirements both internally and with 3rd parties including offshore suppliers.
Demonstrations to deliver technical and commercial arguments for proposed solutions.
End to end ServiceNow Sales and workshops.
Identify and advice on key client changes for internal processes and current technology.
Management of existing technical teams, including performance reviews
Contributing to the development and growth of the ServiceNow practice.
