:RESPONSIBILITIES * Working with project Manager on the Development and customization tasks
Guiding customers through project to best suit their needs
Responsible for scoping project requirements and deliverables with client
Pinpointing project elements that are out of scope of established requirements
Developing interfaces, platform automation and data delivered by a team of consultants
Coordinate with team of consultants to deliver a cohesive solution
Managing quality of service throughout project and upon completion
Communicating issues and risks to appropriate team members
ServiceNow configuration like Configuring Application UI, Customizing workflow configuration etc..
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE - REQUIRED * Experience on 5-10 extensive scripting in ServiceNow Development, Portal development and mobile applications.
Experience in Integrations on ServiceNow Platform with 3rd Party applications like Workday, Success Factors, etc.
Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirement as a Business analyst and convert the user requirement to technical specification.
Experience working in Agile projects
Experience on Orchestrations and Power shell scripting
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS) are highly beneficial
Strong familiarity with
JavaScript, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP,
Configurations and Customization
Script Includes, Script Action, Client Scripts
UI Actions, UI Scripts, UI Macros and UI Policy
Import Sets/Transform Maps
Workflows and Workflow designers
Flow Designers, Flow Actions, Flow Process, etc
JSON, Encryptions, Plugin, SSO
Working knowledge of project methodologies including Agile.
Active working knowledge of Web Services (used in Service Now Integrations).
Knowledge of LDAP, VPN, and SSL components
Ability to clearly communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Excellent testing and debugging skills Strong history of problem solving
Working knowledge of common ServiceNow applications and ecosystem will be an added advantage.
Working knowledge of REST APIs, Web Services and other integrations
Virtual Agent, Advance Work Assignments, Workspaces
Predictive Intelligence and Performance Analytics.
Working knowledge on Integration Hub Spoke.
