Must-Have: • ServiceNow ITSM Incident, Change, Problem management and CMDB Asset Management developers
• Have a strong understanding of software development and business process engineering in the ServiceNow application.
• Hands-on experience in integration and Service Portal development
• Have worked on cloning and upgradation of ServiceNow instance. Must be aware of the latest modules of ServiceNow version
• Serve as a key technical resource for configuration, development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow implementation
• Good development / configuration knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change and release management. Also, any experience in Asset, CMDB, Service requests, HTML, Angular JS will be an added advantage.
