### To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

###### :

• Must have Power Shell/Shell and Java Script knowledge for use cases development.
• Working knowledge in ServiceNow IT Operations Management Solutions and be able to build or modify custom patterns and trouble shoot.
• Experienced in working with 3rd party integrations
• Should be proficient in CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure accurate discovery and mapping of services into CMDB to maintain data integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ITOM configurations and processes
• Ensure continuous improvements and optimize the ITOM processes in alignment with the business objectives.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITOM and related workflows.
• Hands-on experience with integrations and API development within ServiceNow

• CMDB/Discovery/Service Mapping/event management
• Certifications - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, CIS Event Management
