This role involves developing, configuring, and maintaining IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with various teams to ensure effective utilization of ITOM capabilities to meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Develop and configure ITOM applications including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.Customize and configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and other ServiceNow components.Assist in the implementation of new ITOM solutions and enhancements.Perform routine administrative tasks such as user and group management, permissions, and access controls.Collaborate with business partners to gather and analyze requirements.Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.Perform regular maintenance tasks including upgrades, patches, and backups.Solve and resolve issues related to ITOM applications and integrations.Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.Provide training and support to end-users and other IT staff on ITOM functionalities.Monitor the performance and usage of ITOM applications.Identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITOM.Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management!!Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solve skills.Good communication and collaboration skills!ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITOM) and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is nice to have.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their integration with ServiceNow.Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, or Asset Management.Understanding of network protocols, infrastructure, and common IT operations tools.Experience with other scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.LSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
