Should have done H2H Integrations (ITSM tool to ITSM tool bi-derectional), Tools Integrations (e.g. Splunk, Netcool, SNOW CMDB, Solarwinds, Truesight etc)2. Should have done/managed instance upgrades3. Should have good experience working on Domain Separated instance4. Should have interacted with ServiceNow via HI on case by case basisComponents worked on:1. Workflows2. Flow designer3. Service Portal4. Integration Hub5. Basic ones like Business Rules, Script Includes, Script Actions, UI Actions, UI Policies, Data Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs etcMinimum Certifications:1. ServiceNow Admin2.
