About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Owner, in the title of Lead Digital Product Manager.
In this role, you will:
This role is part of the IT Management Transformation Program through ServiceNow. As a Lead Business Services Consultant working in the agile teams, the employee is expected to contribute to all the activities of technical governance with driving factors of improvement, optimization and automation.• This is more of a techno-functional-governance role that requires to utilize your ServiceNow knowledge and experience to contribute to key ServiceNow initiatives
• Lead scrums teams to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholder to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals
• Work closely with product managers and business teams to create and maintain product backlog according to business requirements
• Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog
• Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they're clearly understood by relevant teams
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories and epics to ensure work aligns with product strategy
• Serve as product ambassador with internal and external stakeholders, sharing knowledge and resolving issues
• Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications, US: • 15+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Required Qualifications, International: • 15+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Overall 15+ years in IT industry
• At least 10 years of ServiceNow technical experience across the following areas: custom application development, custom Integration using SOAP and REST, scripting in JavaScript, Jelly and HTML, Custom UI Pages, Business Rules, Workflows, Macros and Client Scripts, ServiceNow Version Upgrades etc.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management & Operations. ITIL Service Delivery processes and ITIL v3 or ITIL4 certifications is big advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of agile methodology for project management
• Understanding of business value related to features and functions
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders
• Must be a team player with excellent coordination skills
