Mid servers Down
Form Update, Data Change
Modify ServiceNow Assignment Group
Add Roles and Type to the New ServiceNow Group
Robotics Process Automation WF Update
Add catalog items for Job code.
ServiceNow Access
Deactivate Group in ServiceNow
Reporting Request etc.,
Execute and implement minor changes in ServiceNow which does not take effort more than 24 hours, if the effort is more, such changes shall be deferred post agreement with the Client team
Customization and data load into core ServiceNow tables and transform maps.
Customization of applications, tables, and UI, Workflow Configurations
ServiceNow platform development including, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Service Catalog, Portal, Asset, CMDB, and Test Management Modules
Ensure the functionality of the existing API integration is in a working state
Minor workflow modification and Execution of Scheduled Jobs existing scheduled jobs
Perform health check-ups of the ServiceNow platform performance
Experience: * 5+ years of ServiceNow administration and development experience.
Proficient in managing and maintaining core ServiceNow modules.
Experience with workflow configurations and minor platform customizations.
Technical Skills: * Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, architecture, and tools.
Hands-on experience with API integrations, data loads, and transform maps.
Familiarity with multi-level access control and security best practices.
Soft Skills: * Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
