Responsibilities:Configuration of Discovery and Troubleshooting Discovery

• Day to day administration of Discovery.
• Experience in ServiceNow Service Mapping and able to troubleshoot.
• Build Discovery configurations for deeper network penetration.
• Able to develop and maintain technical design of CMDB (Configuration Management Database) for further use in ITSM processes.
• Identification rules and configuration of multiple discovery sources.
• Experience in optimizing discovery and tailoring patterns
• Able to integrate ServiceNow with third party Application.
• Basic knowledge on scripting using JavaScript

Qualifications:

• 5+ years overall experience in IT
• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow Discovery.
• ServiceNow Administrator & Discovery Implementation Specialist certifications preferred
• Experience implementing ServiceNow Service Mapping desire
