As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting solutions within ServiceNow platform to meet the business requirements.In this role, you will:

• Working closely with business analyst to understand and implement the requirement
• Documenting technical specifications and development processes
• Providing technical assistance to the team with the build and support
• Providing suggestions for improvements (e.g. security enhancements, monitoring, reporting, etc) to ensure the platform is secure, robust, and scalable
• Implementing and maintaining development and security best practices
• Troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and providing technical support to end users
• Identifying opportunities for process automation and enhancements

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• ServiceNow:

• ServiceNow Certifications \xe2\x80\x93 CSA and CAD
• 5+ Years of ServiceNow hands on experience as Developer
• Experienced in custom application development, workflows, UI components and portals
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise tools and applications (Inbound and outbound both)
• Experience in developing custom applications
• Customizing and configuring ServiceNow applications and module
• Experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.)
• Other Skills:

• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with users, stakeholders, and team members
• A team player

Good to have skills:

• ServiceNow CIS Certification
• Experience of ServiceNow FSO product
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (GCP, Azure, AWS)
• Domain / Business Knowledge of Banking and Finance domain - Cash Equities, Custody, Fund Services etc.
• Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of API integration, REST and SOAP
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Communication and collaboration skill
