Work Model: Hybrid Description Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules\' firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements. Requirements A candidate should have at least 5+ Years of experience . ServiceNow knowledge - ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management or any other relevant area. Knowledge of CMDB. . Elementary knowledge of compliance and risk management. . Hands-on experience with JavaScript. . Ability to push given task forward towards successful completion. . Assist junior team members with assigned tasks. . Understanding of database design and queries. . Working experience in following areas is plus: . Background in at least two of following areas: development, automation, integration, platform engineering, networking, cloud is desirable. . Experience with Web Technologies (JSON, XML, CSS, HTML). . Knowledge of principles in AD, LDAP, SSO. Preferences Must Have : ServiceNow Developer, JavaScript JSON, XML, CSS, HTML,ITSM/ ITOM/ Asset Management Background :development, automation, integration, platform engineering, networking, cloud is desirable. Job Responsibilities You will be working in one of our consultancy/development projects in ServiceNow space. This includes deep technical analysis of problem and being hands-on with implementation. . Build technical solutions based on client\'s needs and process requirements. . Deliver solutions using Agile software development processes. . Understand the current \'as is processes\' and deliver toolset changes based on upcoming process changes. . Customization or development of enhancement requests for existing ITSM/ITOM tools and processes. . Take care of end-to-end development activities for a specific enhancement or project as an individual contributor. . Work closely with BA\'s, Architects, Testing team. . Identify areas of process and tooling improvement and provide solutions to ensure tool is protected in process, security and performance aspects. . Ensure gaps are clearly identified and reported to BA/stake holders. . Work closely with vendor resources to meet development deadlines in case of larger projects. . Take respective ownership as an individual contributor throughout the project lifecycle. . Support other less senior team members throughout the project lifecycle.
