Job Description
Position : Servicenow Developer
Location : Remote India(Offshore)
Duration : 6-12+ Months Contract
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
Knowledge of ServiceNow-specific scripting, including Glide APIs.
Experience with database design and management (SQL).
Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
Need folks that are not fluff. But those who can confidently speak about integrations within ServiceNow
Team Overview:
Global Services
Julia's Team: Responsible for the design of ServiceNow
Todd's Team: Leads the development efforts, overseeing testing, development, and deployment management.
Support for Motorola Products:
Tools and systems that monitor Motorola products, including radio networks, for example.
Tickets are created within SNOW for support requests.
A mobile app is integrated with SNOW to help track and manage incidents.
Global support is provided, with six active product implementations.
Project Overview / Roadmap:
Transitioned from Remedy to ServiceNow
There is currently a backlog in SNOW development.
New and pending SNOW requirements have emerged from the transition process.
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ?130,000.00 - ?140,000.00 per month
