Job Title: Intermediate ServiceNow Developer (HRSD Experienced)

Job Type: Full-Time (Work From Office)

Shift Time: 12 PM - 9 PM

Experience: 3-4 years in IT industry, with specific experience in ServiceNow HRSD

Project: ITSM + HRSD

Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules, with a primary focus on ITSM and HRSD.
• Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.
• Perform system integration and process automation using ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure the smooth operation of ServiceNow applications.
• Provide technical support and maintenance for existing applications.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for all configurations and customizations.
• Implement security and data protection measures.

Skills Required:

• 3-4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, specifically with HRSD.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript).
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and AJAX.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow HRSD certification or related certifications.
• Experience with other ServiceNow modules and custom application development.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Pay: ?700,000.00 per year
