• Technical expertise required on: HRSD Event and HRSD (configuration of HRSD, integration with ITSM

stack, migration of HRSD from another vendor too into ServiceNow)

• Hands-on coding experience on: HRSD, ITOM/ITSM/CMDB/API/Asset Management/Event Management.

.Strong exp. in Integration

• Deep understanding of ServiceNow integration via APIs and via Connectors.

• Hands-on experience on: ServiceNow Cloning, ServiceNow upgrade, Mid-Server setup/configuration.

• Basic understanding on: ITIL, ATF/Automation testing, co-existence of I HRSD tools (say in case of migration from X tool into ServiceNow).

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:4+ years in ServiceNow (Total experience level can be around 4 to 7 years).Custom workflow applications on Snow platform,APIs/Integrations.Manage co-existence of ServiceNow and other tooling (during migration).Business Analysis,Design and validation of the applications.Understanding of upgrade will be added advantageBeing YouDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, its how we think and who we are.
